The leadership of the church is based upon the Biblical model of Elders and Deacons. As the church is also a registered Charity there are also Trustees who oversee it's constitution. Elders There are currently two Elders of the upper room, Dave Morley and Carl Roach. Dave Morley (bio to follow)
